What is our new client portal?
Welcome to our new client portal! We are very excited to deliver our next-generation digital experience for you. We have built the newest version of our platform based on client and partner feedback, leaning heavily on our three key pillars: Access, Simplicity, Everywhere.
We aim to:
Provide secure ACCESS to accurate financial data in a timely fashion.
Create a user experience that emphasizes SIMPLICITY in how you interact with your data.
Allow you to do this from any device, EVERYWHERE in the world.
Why is my account not reflecting recent transactions?
We reconcile all accounts each morning to capture the prior day’s transactions. We target finishing reconciliation as early as 10am ET. If it’s after 12pm ET, please reach out to operations@kodiaktrust.com with any questions.
One of my accounts seems to be missing from my portal view. Who can I contact to get that added?

What is my login to the new site?
Your username will be the same. You will need to reset your password by clicking the “Forgot password?” link.
What is my password?
To log in for the first time, please click on the “Forgot password?” link on the login page and follow the prompts to reset your password.
How do I reset my password?
Click on the “Forgot password?” link on the Login page and follow the prompts.
How do I see my account positions?
Log into the portal and click on the Holdings header in the top-left part of the screen.
Can I use the portal on tablets or mobile devices?
Our new client portal is designed to be used on a web browser on any device. There is no separate mobile app at this time.
Can I see historical transactions?
The portal has historical holdings and transactions going back to January 1, 2023.
Where can I find monthly reports or other financial documents?
Initially, for the launch of our new client portal, your “document vault” will be empty. Soon thereafter, log into the portal and click on the Documents header in the top-left part of the screen to find monthly reports or other financial documents.
Can I see my account performance?
As of right now, our new client portal is only designed to show holdings, transactions, and unrealized gains & losses. The document vault will include monthly reports with additional account details.
